Artist Talk
August 29, 2026 | 2:00 PM
This exhibition focuses on my Drawing Works, a body of work I have developed alongside Cut Papers over many years. It is a culmination of my artistic journey, reflecting my growth and evolution as an artist.
The Velvet Purple Series
The exhibition includes my recent Drawing Works Velvet Purple series. This series showcases my exploration of color, texture, and form. Each piece invites viewers to engage with the emotional depth and complexity of my artistic vision.
Drawing Works 11
Additionally, I will present Drawing Works #11 (150 × 1000 cm), a significant piece that I began in August 2009 and completed in May 2021. This work took 12 years and 7 months to finish. It represents a long and dedicated process of creation. This will be the first public presentation of the finished work anywhere in the world.
A Milestone in My Artistic Journey
For me, this exhibition marks an important milestone in my long journey of drawing. Opportunities to present these works in this form are rare. I would be truly delighted if you could visit the exhibition. Your presence would mean a lot to me and my artistic practice.
Connecting with New Audiences
As a curatorial platform and art agency, we strive to connect artistic expressions with new global audiences. Our mission is to foster and promote a diverse range of contemporary artists across various disciplines. This exhibition is a perfect example of how we can achieve this goal. By showcasing my work, we hope to enrich the contemporary art world and provide strategic exposure for artists.
The Importance of Artistic Expression
Artistic expression is vital in today’s world. It allows us to communicate complex ideas and emotions. Through my work, I aim to evoke feelings and provoke thought. I believe that art has the power to connect people and create dialogue.
Invitation to Experience the Exhibition
I invite you to experience the exhibition in person. It is an opportunity to engage with my work and the themes I explore. Each piece tells a story, and I hope to share that narrative with you.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I am excited about this exhibition and the chance to share my Drawing Works with you. Your support is invaluable in nurturing contemporary artists like myself. Together, we can continue to enrich the contemporary art world.
I look forward to seeing you at the exhibition and sharing this journey with you. Thank you for your interest in my work and for supporting the arts.
